Climate Change

The nuclear industry has grabbed hold of the issue of climate change like a drowning man grabbing a raft. They claim it once again makes the case for nuclear power. But why is this, and is it true?

The short answer is that the nuclear industry was in big, big trouble and saw climate change as a way out. And no, it's not true. Nuclear power is no sort of solution to climate change. Rather, it is a dangerous distraction which will divert energy and resources away from the real solutions and into the pockets of the nuclear industry.
